Aguaris delivers the products purchased by the Buyer to the address indicated by the Buyer with the help of a transport company.
The buyer is not entitled to any kind of financial compensation in case of non-compliance with the indicated delivery times. The delivery time is indicated in the description of the respective product. Aguaris will make every effort to deliver the items ordered by the Customer, but it is possible that in some cases and for reasons that are difficult to control, it may not be possible to deliver some of the items ordered by the Customer within the announced delivery time.
Aguaris cannot be held responsible for losses caused by errors in the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, by third party collection at the address provided or by changes of address.
If, due to an error in the address provided by the customer, the material arrives in the wrong area and it is necessary to re-channel or re-send the material, the new costs will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before proceeding.
All measurements of Aguaris products are real measurements, including the transport packaging. The Customer undertakes to be present at the delivery address and on the day agreed with the carrier in order to be able to verify the conformity of the order and its condition at the time of receipt.
The customer is obliged to check the order itself or the person receiving the material. If the product received does not correspond to the one ordered (dimensions, colour, model, etc., different from the one purchased), the Customer must notify Aguaris before any installation and/or tampering in order to obtain an immediate replacement free of charge. Aguaris recommends that all its customers thoroughly check the products received to ensure that they are correct and correspond to what was ordered.
We recommend that our customers notify Aguaris within 24 hours of the delivery of their order or part thereof to report any damage to the packaging and products and to check that the goods received correspond to those purchased.
Prices
The prices indicated on the website do not include shipping costs.
Aguaris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, always using the prices in force on the date of registration of the order.
Retention of title and risks
Aguaris reserves the ownership of the products sold until full payment has been made.
Warranty
In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, all products sold by the seller are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two years.
All products sold through our shop are guaranteed for 2 years. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity which is discovered within two years of delivery.
If the user finds that the item has a manufacturing/functional defect, it will be sent to the manufacturer. The waiting time will depend on the processing time of the technical service of the brand concerned.
If the user is in possession of a defective product and the warranty is in force, he/she must inform Aguaris via the customer service contact form. Upon receipt of this notification, Customer Service will contact the User to inform him/her of the steps to be followed for the return, depending on the case. The user must provide proof of purchase.
The customer must inform Aguaris within two weeks of becoming aware of the non-conformity.
If the product is non-conforming, you have the choice of requesting that the product be repaired or replaced, unless either option is objectively impossible or disproportionate (a disproportionate option is one that imposes disproportionate costs on Aguaris compared to the other option, taking into account the value of the product without the non-conformity, the importance of the non-conformity and whether the alternative remedy can be carried out without major inconvenience to you).
If the product cannot be repaired and cannot be replaced by another product with identical characteristics, you have the option to request a price reduction or refund.
Defects caused by negligence, shock, improper use or tampering, improper voltage, improper installation not performed by authorised technical service or materials worn out by normal use are not included.
Right of withdrawal
The cancellation period is 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a clear statement to the following e-mail address: info@washbox-international.com.
The consumer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, without restricting the use of the product (unless this goes beyond merely verifying that the product is in perfect condition and functioning).
If the product is returned without its original packaging or damaged, it may be subject to depreciation.
